modelhub.help is a directory and recommendation service that helps you discover and compare verified Chinese AI models and providers. It includes an AI assistant that answers questions about models using the information in our database. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes.
You may create an account by signing in with a supported third-party OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We may designate certain accounts as administrators with additional privileges.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) scrape or redistribute our data at scale without permission; or (d) infringe the rights of others.
The Service, including its text, design, and compiled data, is owned by modelhub.help or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Provider and model names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party marks.
modelhub.help is an independent intermediary and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the AI providers or models listed. Any agreement you enter into with a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider. Information about models is curated to the best of our ability but may be incomplete or out of date.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that model information, pricing, or availability is current or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, modelhub.help shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which modelhub.help operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
