Brokerage Terms & Conditions
These terms govern custom brokerage engagements. Standardized digital products (Hands-on Setup, Deep Dive Report) are purchased through Dodo Payments and covered by our published Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Nature of Service
ChinaLLMGateway (the "Broker") provides curation, verification and matchmaking. We do NOT resell API tokens or hold client data.

Consulting Fee
The upfront retainer is non-refundable and covers the professional research and matchmaking effort.

Success Fee (Non-Circumvention)
For any Vendor introduced by the Broker, the Client shall not circumvent the Broker by going direct without acknowledging commission, for 24 months.

Limitation of Liability
The Broker is not responsible for third-party LLM vendors' performance, downtime or generated content.

Compliance
The Broker provides compliance guidance; the Client is responsible for the final legal audit in its jurisdiction.
